
Renting your Experience
How it Works

Your next great party starts by reviewing the list of experiences we offer. Each Fundays Experience has a set of products that are put together to maximize the fun of your party. We think they are all great, but you choose your favorite.
Put in the dates of your event in the Check Availability section and you’ll see an icon will pop up noting if it is available for your dates or not. Click the cart to review your rental.

Clicking “Add to Cart” on a product pop-up will take you to checkout so you can reserve and pay for your experience! You can also review other availability dates on this pop up if you would like.
We ask a few important questions when you are checking out. These questions are crucial for us, so we know everything can be set up right. Things like access to power and Wi-Fi.

Each Experience page has ideas about how to set the scene for your event. Things like a playlist for the party, and even some food and drink ideas. We would also like you to think about where you want to put things for your event.

Our standard drop-off time is between 9 a.m. and Noon on the day of your event, but you can leave notes at checkout if a different time is required. Already checked out? Just Contact Us, and we will work with you to accommodate different drop-off times.
Then, on your party day, we will come to your event location and set up the experience where you want it.
You will also have the opportunity to review the equipment and make sure you have everything you need.
Before we leave, we discuss pick up procedure and we will leave contact information, in case you need anything during your event.

Your party is over, everyone had a great time, obviously!
But it can’t last forever, so we will show up between 9 a.m. and noon the day after your rental period, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Equipment will be inspected for damage (refer to FAQs for more information about equipment damage). We will pack up all items quickly and be on our way!
Any items noted as disposable are yours to dispose of. Items that are intended as keepsakes from your experience are yours, of course!

You will receive an email asking about your experience, tell us how we did! We know we can always make things better.
We’d also appreciate if you could post about your experience on social media. Maybe even tag us!

Standard drop off time is 10am on the day of your event. Pick up time is at the same time the next day. Need different pick up or drop off times? We can do that too! Please Contact Us and we will be happy to accommodate if we can.

A contact number will be provided to you at delivery, but you can also use our Contact Us form, we monitor it and will get back to you ASAP.

All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized after use using eco friendly cleaning products. All washable items will be professionally cleaned by local laundering services.

This is Wisconsin, and we know the weather can change at any time. All our experiences can be rebooked at no additional cost. Just Contact Us up to 24hrs before your event and we will work with you to reschedule.
If your equipment has already been delivered, call the number given to you at delivery and we will get there as soon as possible. We do ask that you try to get any sensitive equipment out of the rain if you can.

You will have the opportunity to review all items that were delivered for damage before accepting delivery.
But accidents happen, we get it. We will inspect all equipment at pick up and note any issues we find before we pack it up and leave. We will discuss the issues we find and what we think might be the cost to repair or replacement the equipment. An invoice will be sent via email.
